My work as a therapist is very integrated. It is integrated in that I look at all aspects of a client’s situation, including physical health, financial health, safety, familial support, spirituality and trauma history when developing and implementing an action plan addressing presenting symptoms. The treatment models I draw on when implementing a plan include family therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and CBT to name a few. In addition to providing direct care to clients I enjoy supporting and teaching interns and new therapists seeking licensure.
