I have been working to help children and families for the past 20 years, as a therapist my top priority is to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, honesty and compassion. My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered theory which recognizes that at our core we are all good people who are just trying to “make sense” of our complicated lives. I genuinely believe that every person is born with an inner strength and resilience to help them live their best life. I am committed to creating a safe, positive, uplifting and nurturing environment that allows my clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered.

I am bilingual in Spanish and have extensive experience working with culturally diverse families. I have a deep respect and understanding of the unique impact that cultural values, costumes and family morals have on my client’s lives.
