Master of Social Work – Boston College
Birth to Five
Types of Therapies Offered
As a therapist, I prioritize intersectionality and am committed to examining the ways in which our multiple identities impact and shape our lives. When researching graduate programs, I was drawn to Boston College because of the Latinx Leadership Initiative Program, which allowed me to complete courses in Spanish that were geared toward providing services to Latinx communities. As a Social Worker, I am passionate about social justice and believe that advocating for social change is vital to my work as a therapist. I work primarily with children birth to 5 using a variety of Play Therapy interventions to assist children and families face life’s challenges.
