I believe therapy is built on positive relationships with one another. My approach to therapy is focused on the family unit, how each family member relates to one another, communicates with one another and supports one another. I have been working with families and children for approximately 10 years and am always amazed by the strengths of children and the people that support them. I not only work with individuals and families, but also facilitate groups and trainings concentrating on developing a more compassionate community around trauma informed principles. In working together with honesty and openness, I believe that goals can be met and healing can begin.
