One of my favorite quotes was said by a great Social Worker, Brené Brown, which is, “You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.” Social work is one of my many passions because it allows me to advocate for those in need, as well as to be there for those that feel as if they have no one, I practice a person-centered approach in therapy, which includes unconditional positive regard of the client and positive psychology.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, sports, and volunteering in my community at Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) as a dog walker and at Tu Nidito as a Support Group Facilitator.
