I enjoy working with children and teens. I love helping parents learn new parenting techniques to improve their relationships with their children and how to adjust to the child needing different parenting techniques. I am trained in several different approaches to help a person resolve trauma. I enjoy accessing a person’s capacity to use their body to help them heal from trauma.

I love using Somatic Experiencing to help a person get out of the Fight, Flight, and Freeze response. I have always had a passion for helping people grow emotionally and heal from some of life’s difficulties. I love reading about parenting techniques and I love reading about how best to help clients. I like hanging out with my husband, daughter, and our dog during my free time. I love going on walks and being in nature.
