I believe true freedom comes from transformation of self from the inside out. I believe we are on this planet to let our light shine. In my practice I use a combination of interventions, depending on clinical need. All approaches are trauma-informed. Specifically I work with clients to increase distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness by using an eclectic mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Much of my work with clients is rooted in attachment, Rogerian, and Gestalt therapies. I seek to address challenges related, but not limited to: substance use, PTSD, depression, anxiety, codependency, and eating disorders.
