Helping Families when Problems Arise
Our comprehensive, integrated intervention services are designed to address the multiple needs of children and families.
We support children and families:
- By guiding foster homes through licensure, assisting with placement and transition, and providing support and advocacy as they work with multiple systems of care.
- By modeling and teaching parenting skills through facilitated visitation between children and family members with a goal of reunification.
- Through home-based services that are designed to assist families in child welfare case plan goals, in hopes of ultimately keeping the family together.
