JOB SPECIFICATIONS
JOB SUMMARY: The visit facilitator will provide supervision facilitation and parenting skills training with non-custodial parents or family members and their children currently in the custody of Child Protective Services according to the specifications provided by the CPS Case Manager. Provide written documentation after each visit directly into the CHILDS system and maintain a confidential case file including written referrals, visitation agreements and other documentation. May be required to transport clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years old, possess a Bachelors degree or high school diploma or GED with extensive experience in child development, parent education, family systems theory and child welfare, complete at least 6 hours of specialized training prior to providing services and an additional 6 hours annually thereafter including training on use of the CHILDS database. Must have experience in providing family centered support services. Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and meet coverage qualifications of the Casa de los Niños automobile insurance provider.

* Testifies in court as necessary.
* Prepares and submits reports in a timely manner.
* Any other duties or tasks as assigned.
* Must drive and/or transport clients on behalf of Casa de los Niños.
